Az HBO uralta le az Emmy-díjátadót

Az amerikai televíziós produkciók számára kiosztott Emmy-díjak átadóját tegnap tartották. Az este abszolút nyertese az HBO, ami sorozataival és műsoraival 38 díjat zsebelt be. A kiemelt kedvencek az Utódlás, a Fehér Lótusz és az Eufória volt.

A HBO/HBO Max összesen 38 díjjal térhetett haza a tegnapi Emmy-díj gáláról – ezzel megduplázta tavalyi évét, amikor 19 díjat nyertek. Csak 10 díjat vittek haza az alkotóik a Limitált sorozatok kategóriából, hála a Fehér Lótusznak. Ugyanis a sorozat rendező-írója, Mike White mindkét kategóriában nyert, továbbá Jennifer Coolidge és Murray Bartlett mint mellékszereplők vihettek haza szobrot. És a legjobb minisorozat is a Fehér Lótusz lett. HBO-s sikerek mellé csatlakozott az Utódlás is, amit a legjobb dráma sorozatnak ítéltek idén.

A másik favorit az HBO pszichodelikus tinisorozata, az Eufória 6 szoborral büszkélkedhet – köztük a legjobb színésznő (dráma) kategóriában második Emmy-díjat nyerte Zendaya (Eufória, Pókember-trilógia, Dűne), Rév Marcell opertőri Emmy-jéről nem is beszélve. Az HBO-s sorozatok közül még nagyot ment a Hacks, ami 3 db Emmy-díjjal büszkélkedhet, Jean Smart pedig kategóriájában – vígjáték – hazavihette a sorozatért a legjobb színésznek járó elismerést.

Az est második nagy győztese a Netflix volt, összesen 26 díjjal – tavaly jobban szerepeltek, akkor 44 díjjal büszkélkedhetett a streaming. Ahogyan várható volt, a Netflix dél-koreai sikersorozata, a Squid Game az Emmy zsűrieit sem hagyta hidegen: a sorozat összesen 6 díjat – köztük Lee Jung-jae mint legjobb színész – tudhat magáénak. További 6 díjat érdemelt a Stranger Things, 5-t pedig az Arcane. Színészek közül Julia Garner nyert Emmy-t az Ozarkban nyújtott alakításáért.

A streamingszolgáltatók közül az Apple TV + -on futó Ted Lasso rúgott még labdába a vígjáték kategóriában: Jason Sudeikis és Brett Goldstein is színészi díjakkal mehettek haza.
